Dogs in the city

Dogs are part of our everyday lives, not only if we own one, but also for they are often found in public places. However, not everyone enjoys the presence and company of dogs with the same pleasure and also dogs can be uneasy in certain public context. This research line investigates the behaviour of dogs and of their owners in urban public areas and how the citizens perceive the presence and role of dogs in these areas. Theatre of these studies is the city of Padua.
